The construction companyIdea Development has been creating distinguished housing and office areas in the eco-friendly environment since 2015.

TIFLISI is an on-going project of the company located in 2 km distance from Lisi Lake.

The main priority of Idea Development is to offer the prospective residents of TIFLISI comfortable, convenient and eco-friendly environment. This is the reason why the company cares about landscaping the territory surrounding the construction area and providing all the essential amenities along with agroup of highly qualified architects working on the project and high quality, certified construction materials.

TIFLISI conjoins 10 two-story private houses with isolated and well-organized gardens on the territory of 3500m2.

The construction of the project started in February 2019 and will be finished by August 2020. During this period the ownership of the houses will be gradually transferred to the prospective householders.

The project encompasses conceptually two distinct houses with 4 different floor area.
