Nowadays, companies need different types of services that have a positive impact on their image: event planning, filming planning, correct positioning, crisis management. Public Relations Specialist Nini Dedalamazishvili shares all of her working experience.

- Nini, what is needed to create successful projects?

- First of all, enthusiastic and love of the work. Everything starts with an idea. This is followed by a plan of what it takes to successfully complete the project. The action period (preparation and execution) and results are predetermined. Judging by my own experience, it is my pleasure to embody the idea and monitor the process.

- Which of your project would you choose?

- For the first time, I started implementing projects at the World Bank Youth Voice Base at the age of 16. As part of the conflict resolution, it was one of the most important projects within the conflict zones of Africa for young generations to meet and find a common language. I am proud of this project and I think that these kinds of projects are very important in establishing world peace.

- I have worked in various fields with my profession. I was involved in the PR campaign of Levan Korinteli’s film projects A Trip to Karabakh and Conflict Zone. That gave me great experience in both my profession and film industry, as Levan Korinteli has made one of the first steps in the revival of modern Georgian cinema and has been a great contributor. It's amazing adrenaline when you fill seats of cinema with your PR campaign involved, and it was a great pleasure for me to be behind the scenes.

Planning events for brand companies is something I enjoy a lot. Especially when I don't have the so-called "Former Customer", and as usual, cooperation with them always continues.

I would choose a gala supper for the French brand GAULT & MILLAU, where the main star of the even was Nani Bregvadze. Also, the company's social campaign, where various celebrities were talking about popularizing vocational education (the cook profession).

In the medical field, I would choose gathering to prevent skin cancer. Where we also worked on raising awareness.

- What kind of crisis do you face when implementing projects?

- Choosing the right team. I have the opposite experience as well, though the customer has never felt it. When you see the mission unfolding, you get involved at the right time. I think one of my strongest skills - controlling situations, I use successfully in my work. I involve myself when there is a problem, including the part that doesn’t bother me at all.

- What is your experience in planning a wedding and how demanding is the Event Manager service?

- Just in the sense that you are involved in making two people happy, planning a wedding is an exciting and enjoyable process. My experience in this regard is quite big, as it is only possible to get positive energy when watching a loving couple.

- What about future plans?

- First of all, with my stable partners (both international organizations and commercial structures), I intend to continue implementing successful projects. In addition, I am thinking of creating an Internet TV channel where we showcase successful cases to the public as vlogs. Nowadays, I think people lack the conviction that anything is possible and it depends only on their hard work, which is exactly what my idea is to concentrate on the positive information that you will definitely share with others.
