We offer a short-term diet for brides that will give you perfect result in just a few days to look beautiful on the most important day of your life:

 

Day I
All day long, as much tomato juice as you want and 250 grams of boiled rice, without salt and sugar-free.

 

Day II
200 grams of cottage cheese all day and as much kefir as you want. You should not starve - as soon as you feel hunger, you should drink kefir immediately.

 

Day III
All day 300-350 grams of cooked lean meat and as much sugar-free tea as you want. Green tea is preferred, and white meat from chicken or turkey or completely lean beef is preferred.

 

Day IV
All day 1 bottle of dry, red wine and 200 grams of low-fat cheese. On this day, it is best not to drink water.
